FireSmart is hosting a FREE Landscaping Seminar next SUNDAY at the Community Hall. Master Gardener Brent Scholl will teach you all about fire resistant plants, and best landscaping practices for our dry little island. As an added bonus, Russell Nursery in Saanich has kindly donated some prizes for a few lucky participants, and there will be refreshments served! Come on by!
